Been an absolute grind the last few days. We have had 6 to 8 and sometimes NINE boats running all over the place. Fishing has kicked into overdrive with the warm water and the arrival of the shrimp. Does not hurt that all the bait shops are full of live shrimp and croakers. We tried to get a count on the number of trout hitting the Shore Thing dock the last 4 or 5 days and the number is mind numbing!!!
Sorry we have not been able to give a blow by blow account of what the trips have been like, but the pictures do not lie. We have had great trips to the Cat Island house, numerous bang up trips to the LA Marsh, and even slid in a few near shore trips for the big drum and bull reds. All in all, it has been stellar fishing the last few days. Just gonna put up a pile pictures here, and as always, ALL the pictures will be on the Shore Thing Charters website. Will try to do a recap the next rain day. Just ask that the boaters, fisherman, and wade fishermen be courteous to one another. Treat others like you would like to be treated, and if it feels wrong, it probably is. Have fun and be safe...
